Strengthening Resilience

Data Highlights**

The green ‘Strengthening Resilience’ graph displays selected outcomes collected under this strategy area, and how our 2024 performance and client success compares to previous years.

  • Our mental health team provided 656 sessions, with 100% of clients screened for depression symptoms and 88% of clients screened for anxiety symptoms showing improvement in well-being.

** To-date in 2024, the Strengthening Resilience graph illustrates exorbitant growth in our mental health services. This is due to a new KPI for the strategy that measures appointment utilization for mental health clients and not solely their end outcomes as was measured in previous years. Because 2024 is the first year for this measurement it skews the data. In the Q4 Dashboard, detail will be provided on the total amount of mental health clients served in 2024 compared to 2023.

*To create the agency dashboard, a sampling of our total agency outcomes are chosen that are evidence-based and mission-centric. Additionally, clients often only are assessed against outcomes at the end of services if they meet specific criteria.
